Here's what I'd like to do. I'd like everyone to have their topics chosen by the first of the year. THEN You all need to scrap your topic as an example. Usually, Circle Journals have an instruction page, where you give your guidelines for your topic, and specify your size. What I would like you all who are participating to do, is to BLOG (or post on Tally in the Gallery) your Instruction Page. If you need an example of what your instruction page might look like, CLICK HERE. I will create links to your posts here, so email me when you have created your instruction and example page. Lets try to do that by the first weekend in JAN, so that we have some time to get this done!! So far, I have
Myself
Christine
Shannon LINK to her instructions
Shirley
Julie LINK to her instructions
Nancy
Nicole LINK to her instructions
Lisa LINK to her instructions
Minda
Katie
Angela
Don't forget to email me!! (there's an email link in my Blogger Profile)

sounds good, I will get to working on this.
I would like to do the free-form size as well and my topic will be "Betcha Didn't Know". I would like a page about you. I won't put a number on how many facts to include, that is up to you.
Thanks!!
Mine is done....posted on Tally.
9x9 - one or two page spread
Theme....back where I come from
Emailed you too Rachel!
Thanks, Girls! I'm updating the post now.
OK I finally figured out a theme...I'd love to see how you all live your ordinary lives. So "A Day in the Life of Me." That's my theme. Freestyle up to 9X9 size. :)
58 more days!!!!!
Hope I am not too late to do this. Sorry, haven't been checking the blog in a while. I would love to do a 6 x 12 (landscape orientation) book. My topic is "Who I Am" you can include as little or as much as you would like. I will get working on my official instruction page.
Ok so I am in, and I have decided on a topic, finally. I would like to know about the things you do to make you smile. What's the person, place, thing, activity that you head to when your feeling down and need a pick me up??? Hope that makes sense, I'm off to scrap night tonight and we'll get the title page and instructions done and post on Tally by tomorrow. I'll think I have settled on 11 x 8 1/2 (landscape) size. And one or two page spread is fine either way.
UPDATE:
I would like to do the free-form size {NO LARGER THAN 8X8} my topic will be "Betcha Didn't Know". I would like a page about you {1or 2-page layout}. I won't put a number on how many facts to include, that is up to you.
Is it too late to join??? I forgot that I started a Tally Rally book this summer when we decided to go...and it would be perfect for you guys to fill it up!
One caveat...I used the arrow album from the Going Places kit so the pages are arrow shaped....
I'm asking for comments on whether you would prefer NOT to make an arrow page! I won't be hurt so don't worry about that...I can always capture the trip itself in the book.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW EITHER PRIVATELY OR THROUGH THE BLOG!
Thanks!!!
Angela, I think that sounds GREAT! I'm willing to do that shape. I actually HAVE that mini book, so I can create a page for it no problem!! I'm going to get links up for everyone soon, just been really busy, and haven't had the chance yet!
Whoo hoo, the list is getting longer! This should make one amazing book. I am just so excited to get to see all the pages at the retreat. That's the biggest bummer with mailed CJs...you only get to see a tiny bit of the pages.
Angie, I have that arrow album too. We could easily just trace the outline and email it as a template for anyone who doesn't have it. I love the idea of doing that shape.
Angela, I have the arrow book, no problem I can do that!
Here's my link to my instruction page & it's also in Rachel's post!
